Overview

Foundry Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates SETT, a fitness tracking application at sett.fit. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the SETT app.

Information we collect

• Account information: Your email address, used to create and authenticate your account.
• Fitness data: Workout logs, sets, reps, weights, training plans, and exercise history you enter into the app.
• Body metrics: Weight logs and body measurements you choose to record.
• Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details — only a Stripe customer ID.
• Legal agreement records: Which version of our Terms of Service you accepted, and when.
• Usage data: Basic analytics to improve the app experience.

How we use your information

• To provide and improve the SETT app and its features.
• To power Smart Coach recommendations and plateau detection.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts) through Resend.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party services

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing for SETT Pro subscriptions.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and fitness logs will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

• Access your data in the app, and request an export of it at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Opt out of any non-essential communications.

Children's privacy

SETT requires users to be at least 18, as set out in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the app.
